Things I’ve Learned Through It All

 

• the importance of life is overshadowed by the importance of eternity

 

• we raise our children not so much to deal with the challenges of this world but for service in His kingdom

   

• that I am impotent compared to His power

   

• faith means not having an answer to the question why

   

• we can trust His hand even if we do not understand His plan.

   

• our endurance during the journey depends upon our preparedness before the journey begins

   

• even during the winter the snow prepares the soil for spring planting.. and we will not know the abundance of the crops until harvest

   

• soul mates are a gift from God
